Consideration of a Special Use Ordinance upon the request of Hamdi Yasin, Mi- Tech Automotive, to permit an automotive business with minor work of oil changes, engine and transmission work, (on their cars only no outside cars will be taken in) with no tire repair, body work or painting of any kind. Along with a used auto dealership with all vehicles being stored in the designated area or in building and will follow all EPA guidelines in the disposal of oil and/or antifreeze waste. The outside of the building and surrounding area need to be clean and maintained on premises of 13642 South Kenton Ave., Crestwood, Illinois 60418
