d. Motion to approve payment to Vermont Systems in the amount of $8,760.00 for VSI Cloud hosting services.
e. Motion to adopt an ordinance declaring the following vehicle as surplus and to sell the 2002 Ford E-SERIES Silver Van VIN:IFBSS3IL92HA99617.
