Chicago Ridge, IL - Patrick M. Guilfoyle, Jr., aged 42, passed away, leaving behind his daughter, Natalee Guilfoyle. He was the cherished son of Jean Loftus and the late Patrick Guilfoyle and loving brother of Ryan Guilfoyle. Guilfoyle was also a dear step-brother and grandson, survived by a loving extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
