Experiencing pregnancy and bringing home a new baby can bring overwhelming feelings. To address this, a half-day conference on maternal mental health is scheduled for Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CST at the South Holland Community Center in South Holland, Illinois.
The event will feature breakout sessions covering topics such as parenting stress, well-being, depression and anxiety, and resources available for navigating these challenges. Attendance is free of charge; however, seats are limited.
