Roger J. Krzyzowski, US Army Vietnam War Veteran, 82, of Orland Park, passed away. He was the beloved husband of Dorothy and devoted father of Dawn Gustafson, DeAnn (Mark) Roney, Denise (James) Vavra, and Diana (Kenneth) Dado. He was a proud grandfather of 14 and a dear brother of Larry (Diane) Koziol, Cynthia Striblen, Pamela (Herb) Ridel, and the late Joseph Krzyzowski. Roger was retired from the Village of Orland Park Building Maintenance Department and also worked part-time with the Frankfort Police Department. He was a member of American Legion Post 111.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 27, from 4:00 - 8:00 PM. The funeral is scheduled for Friday, March 28, starting at 9:15 AM at Thornridge Funeral Home (Janusz Family Funeral Service) 14318 S. LaGrange Rd., (Northbound traffic, U-turn permitted at 143rd St.), Orland Park, with Mass at 10:00 AM at St. Michael Church. Private interment will follow at Abraham Lincoln Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Vitas Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association.
