In a message directed towards Americans, Morrison asserted, "Who needs to hear this? To the everyday Americans with common sense, clarity, and critical thinking—the hardworking majority who stay quiet, play by the rules, and uphold basic values: You are not crazy. And you are not alone. Don’t let the loud, radical left gaslight you."
In another post, Commissioner Morrison expressed his frustration, attributing it to what he describes as a decade of ineffective governance. He stated, "This is infuriating. It’s the result of over a decade of failed leadership by Democrat leftist ideologue politicians—the kind who put their priorities in all the wrong places: •Defending criminals over victims •Demonizing police officers, calling for their defunding •Even" He later repeated this sentiment in a separate tweet with identical wording.
Sean Morrison is a member of the Cook County Board of Commissioners, representing the 17th district in Illinois. He is serving his second term in this role and Chair of the Cook County Republican Party.
