Albert J. Harms, U.S. Navy Veteran, Laid to Rest

Beecher - Albert J. Harms, age 95, a U.S. Navy Veteran and longtime resident of Dolton, Illinois, passed away peacefully at his residence known as "Harms Farm," lovingly cared for by his nephew Robert and niece Carolyn. He was the beloved son of the late Edith (nee Hemingway) and Albert H. Harms, and dear brother of the late Robert J. (late Barbara) Harms Sr. Albert was the former brother-in-law of the late Lorraine G. Harms and is survived by his loving nieces and nephews: Sharon (William Hogan) Harms, Robert J. (late Donna) Harms Jr., Therese (Rick) Whitt, and Carolyn Harms, as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews. Known for his expertise in Antiques and Collectibles, he was affectionately remembered as "Uncle Al the Kiddies Pal."
