Karen "Sue" Nash, aged 67, passed away peacefully, leaving a legacy of love and devotion behind. She was the beloved wife of William Nash, and the devoted mother of Patrick Nash, Kelly (Jeff) Wilson, Joseph (Kellie) Nash, and Michael Nash. Karen was a proud grandma, affectionately known as SuSu, to Davis, Maeve, Mark, Liam, Nora, Quinn, and Frank. She will always hold a special place in the hearts of her family.

Karen was the cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Audrey (Carr) Fortunato and the loving sister of the late Patricia Fortunato. Her kind spirit and loving nature touched the lives of many.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at Curley Funeral Home, 6116 W. 111th St., Chicago Ridge, IL 60415. The service will continue at St. Rita of Cascia Shrine Chapel, 7740 S. Western Ave., Chicago, IL, with Mass at 10:30 a.m. Karen will be laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
