Jarosław Adam Fudala, lovingly known as Jarek, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2025, in Oak Lawn. Born on September 22, 1991, in the picturesque town of Zakopane, Poland, Jarek was a symbol of joy and laughter for all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Husband to Jana Krokova, Jarek was the cherished son of Halina and Józef, adored brother of Robert (married to Anna), Krzysztof, Marcin, and Krystian, and the loving uncle of Sebastianek. He was the proud grandson of Agnieszka and Władysław Zarycki, as well as Anna and Augustyn Fudala. Jarek's extended family will forever hold his memory close as a beloved brother-in-law, cousin, nephew, and friend.

Jarek's passion for music and his remarkable talents were apparent in his vital contribution to the musical group Zespół Wanta.

Visitation to honor Jarek will take place on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium in Justice, Illinois. The Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025, with prayers and procession beginning from the funeral home to Our Lady Mother of the Church Polish Mission in Willow Springs for the Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice, Illinois.
