This motion authorizes the agreed upon settlement for Eddie Winters v. City of Harvey for Case No. 20-CV-2248.
2) Resolution _______ A Resolution authorizing the award and execution of an Independent Contractor Agreement for construction services between the City of Harvey and Calumet City Plumbing.
This resolution authorizes the removal of existing water meters, located either in the valve box or valve vault in City right-of-way or the resident’s home, and replacement with smart water meters in accordance with bid number 2025-03-01 for a total contract amount of $322, 865.00.
