a. Motion to approve payment #10 to Simpson Construction in the amount of $102,756.89 for work completed for the Pool Improvement Project.
b. Motion to approve Intergovernmental Agreement with Worth Park District for when feasible and appropriate, the parties shall cooperative to develop, market, sponsor, implement, hold, and share recreational programming, activities, leagues, community celebrations, seasonal/special events, facilities, equipment, and staff.
c. Motion to approve annual payment to TimeClock Plus in the amount of $6,082.00 for administrative equipment and services for the Parks and Recreation Department.
