Maria Grin, aged 77, passed away on June 30, 2025, after bravely battling a long illness. Born on July 22, 1947, in Gierałtów, Poland, Maria's life was a shining example of unwavering love and kindness.

Maria's strong Catholic faith guided her every step, instilling in her the belief in grace, the power of prayer, and the importance of forgiveness. Her presence touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on all who were fortunate enough to know her. Maria's legacy of love lives on in her children, Mirosław Grin and Agnieszka Grin-Walaszek, her nine beloved grandchildren, and her cherished great-grandchild.

As we bid farewell to Maria, we celebrate a life rich with purpose and overflowing with love. Her memory will be cherished, her teachings upheld, and her spirit forever woven into the lives she touched. Maria's journey has led her back to the Lord, leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire and guide us. May her soul find eternal rest in the embrace of our Lord.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, July 6th, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home in Justice, IL. The funeral gathering will commence at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 7th, at the funeral home, with a procession to Our Lady Mother of the Church Polish Mission in Willow Springs for the funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. Following the service, there will be a procession to Resurrection Catholic Cemetery in Justice, IL.
