• Motion to direct the Public Works Director to paint stop bars with lettering on Ishnala Drive at the intersection of Comanche Drive and Choctaw Road for evaluation purposes.

• Motion to ask the City Attorney to update the Motorized Scooter Ordinance.

• Motion to ask the City Attorney to draft an Ordinance for E-Bikes based on current State statute.

• Motion to ask the City Attorney to draft an Ordinance for All-terrain Vehicles and OffHighway Motorcycles based on current State Statute.

CORRESPONDENCE/EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION

• Officer Kevin Apostal was a recipient of a Life Saving Award. Sergeant Brent Dreger wrote a Letter of Recognition on behalf of Officer Kevin Apostal. Officer Apostal was first on-scene with an unconscious 55 year-old male, whose breathing was intermittent.

Officer Apostal immediately began CPR until members of the Palos Heights Fire Protection District arrived to assume life-saving efforts.

• Bake goods were dropped off from several area residents to show their appreciation during their house watch.
