John F. Oswald, aged 73, passed away on July 20, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and generosity. He was the beloved husband of Bonnie Lee, father to Brenda, John, and the late Brandy Ann, and a cherished grandfather and great-grandfather. John's kind-hearted nature shone through in his volunteer work at The Church of Jesus Christ Food Pantry in Valparaiso, where he made a positive impact on many lives.

Visitation for John F. Oswald will be held on Friday, July 25, 2025, at Colonial Chapel in Orland Park, Illinois. Cremation will be private. In memory of John, donations to The Church of Jesus Christ Food Pantry are appreciated. John F. Oswald will be deeply missed and remembered for his acts of kindness and selflessness by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
