Jean M. Sladek (nee Dowling), 94, of Oak Lawn, passed away on July 29, 2025, surrounded by family. Survived by children Steven Kluge, Linda Kluge, and Josefa Chaplow. Beloved wife of the late Eldor Kluge. Sister of Phyllis Neitzel, Leonard (Germaine) Merkins, and Lorraine (Edward) Fredrick. Visitation on Friday, August 1, 2025, starting at 9:00 a.m. at Curley Funeral Home, with chapel service at 12:00 p.m. Interment at Mt. Greenwood Cemetery.
