Janice Gerzema, 90, Passes Away Peacefully at Home in Homewood

Homewood - Janice (Jan) Gerzema, aged 90, passed away peacefully at her home on August 3rd in Homewood, IL. Jan was born in Bonner‘s Ferry, Idaho on August 13, 1934 and passed away at her home. She had an accomplished career as an English professor at Indiana University Northwest. Jan is survived by her loving family and will be dearly remembered.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th at Tews-Ryan Funeral Home in Homewood, IL, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. Following the visitation, Jan will be laid to rest next to her daughter at Glacier Memorial Gardens in Kalispell, MT.
