Village of Bridgeview Village Board met Aug. 6

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

CALL TO ORDER The Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Bridgeview was called to order by Mayor Landek at 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday, August 6, 2025. 

PLEDGE Mayor Landek led the Pledge of Allegiance.

ROLL CALL Roll Call indicated the following Trustees present: 

Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Lewis, and Cardenas. 

Also Present: Mayor Landek, Clerk Altar, Attorney Cainkar, Police Sergeant Stein, and Human Resources Director Pannaralla. 

2025-M-66 APPROVE MINUTES OF JULY 16, 2025

Motion by Trustee Pinion and seconded by Trustee Pticek to approve the minutes of the regularly scheduled Board Meeting of July 16, 2025. 

Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 5 - Trustees Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Lewis, and Cardenas. NAYES: 0 

ABSTAIN: 1- Trustee Higginson. 

There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

2025-M-67 APPROVE ORDINANCE NO. 25-11

Motion by Trustee Baste and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve Ordinance No. 25-11; an ordinance approving an agreement of the Village of Bridgeview with Four Seasons Realty Holding, LLC with respect to the property located at 9934 South 76th Avenue, Bridgeview, Illinois and identified 

as PIN 23-12-400-028-0000. 

Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson. Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Lewis, and Cardenas. NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

2025-M-68 APPROVE ORDINANCE NO. 25-12 

Motion by Trustee Baste and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve Ordinance No. 25-12; an ordinance of the Village of Bridgeview approving the renewal of Class 6B assessment status for the real estate located at 9934 South 76th Avenue, Bridgeview, Illinois (PIN 23-12-400-028-0000). 

Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 6- Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Lewis, and Cardenas. NAYES: 0 

2025-M-69 ADJOURN 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED 

Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Pticek to adjourn the regular Board Meeting of August 6, 2025. 

Upon roll call, the vote was: 

AYES: 6 - Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Baste, Lewis, and Cardenas. NAYES: 0 

There being six affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
