Michael J. Galazkiewicz, aged 67, peacefully passed away on September 22, 2025. Born on March 24, 1958, in Chicago to Marion and Jean Galazkiewicz, he was known for his love of traveling, especially sailing in the Caribbean with his beloved wife Bridget, and his passion for fishing and cheering on the Chicago Bears. Galazkiewicz is survived by his wife Bridget, daughter Caitlin Yarbo, son Mike Galazkiewicz, and numerous grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends. A visitation will be held on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a chapel service following at Curley Funeral Home in Chicago Ridge. Interment will be private.
