Orland Park, IL - Chester John Ciemny, aged 82, of Orland Park, passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Arlene Ciemny, nee Chudyga, and a loving father to Christopher, Bryan (Lori, nee Ward), and Michael (Sarah, nee Bailey). Chester took immense pride in his role as a proud grandfather to Breanna, Nathan, Cayden, Olivia, Gabriella, Sophia, Grace, Emma, and Amelia. He was the cherished son of the late Chester and Clare, nee Paleski, and dear brother of Christine (John) VanWinkle. Chester will be lovingly remembered by his brother-in-law Walter Chudyga and nieces Julie and Stephanie.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation for Chester on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Orland Funeral Home located at 9900 W. 143rd St., Orland Park, IL 60462. A Chapel Service will be held at the funeral home at 6:00 PM to honor and celebrate Chester's life.
