Direct the Village Attorney to prepare an Ordinance upon the request of Bozulan Zhumaliev, Lemon Truck Repair, LLC, for a Special Use to permit a Truck Repair Shop with warehousing, with a stipulation that all EPA standards and guidelines on all fluids and tires removed and all Village of Crestwood Ordinances and regulations are followed, there is to be no bodywork or painting on the premises and all vehicles are to be stored inside the building. The outside of the building and surrounding area need to be clean and maintained on the premises of 4606 W. 138th Street, Crestwood, Illinois 60418.
