CALL TO ORDER The Regular Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Bridgeview was called to order by Mayor Landek at 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
PLEDGE Mayor Landek led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL Roll Call indicated the following Trustees present: Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Lewis, and Cardenas.
Roll Call indicated the following Trustees absent: Trustee Baste.
Also Present: Mayor Landek, Clerk Altar, Attorney Cainkar, Fire Battalion Chief Toczek, and Human Resources Director Pannaralla.

APPROVE MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 17, 2025
Motion by Trustee Pinion and seconded by Trustee Higginson to approve the minutes of the regularly scheduled Board Meeting of September 17, 2025.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 5- Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Lewis, and Cardenas.
NAYES: 0
ABSENT: 1 - Trustee Baste.
There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED

APPROVE APPOINTMENT
Motion by Trustee Higginson and seconded by Trustee Pinion to approve the appointment of Steven Munoz as a firefighter paramedic pending completion of testing.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 5- Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Lewis, and Cardenas.
NAYES: 0
ABSENT: 1 - Trustee Baste.
There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED

APPROVE APPOINTMENT
Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Pinion to the appointment of Richard Spuck to the Village of Bridgeview Zoning Board.
Upon roll call, the vote was:
AYES: 5- Trustees Higginson, Pticek, Pinion, Lewis, and Cardenas.
NAYES: 0
ABSENT: 1- Trustee Baste.
There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED

APPROVE REPAVING
Motion by Trustee Lewis and seconded by Trustee Pticek to approve the 2025 fall repaving program.
Upon roll call, the vote was:

PROGRAM ABSENT: 1 - Trustee Baste.
There being five affirmative votes, the MOTION CARRIED
