3. Board action on Resolution NO. 25-2025 and NO. 1-2026.
4. Village Treasurer’s Report for SEPTEMBER, 2025 for information and file.
5. Board action on Applications for Business Regulation Certificates.
6. Request Board approval for the following Ordinance:
A. ORDINANCE NO. 23-2025, “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF EVERGREEN PARK, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AND MENARD, INC. REGULATING CONTROL OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARKING AND MOVEMENT IN A SHOPPING CENTER IN THE VILLAGE OF EVERGREEN PARK, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.”
7. Request Board approval for the following Resolution:
A. RESOLUTION 10-2025, “A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF EVERGREEN PARK APPROVING A GRANT APPLICATION FOR THE 2025 COOK COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM (CDBG) FOR PROJECT NO. 2507-015.”
8. Request Board approval to cancel the November 17, 2025 Board Meeting.

VI. ADJOURNMENT: The Open Meeting Act provides for public bodies to meet in sessions closed to the public to discuss certain subject matters. No official action can be taken at a closed session; therefore, any decision reached by the Board will be ratified at a subsequent public meeting.
