Former Homewood-Flossmoor High School basketball standout Alyssa Latham and her current college team, the Tennessee Lady Volunteers, were defeated 76-61 by North Carolina State Wolfpack in the NCAA Tournament on Friday, March 20.

The matchup was held at the Crisler Center with tipoff at 8 p.m.

Latham tallied two points and grabbed five rebounds over 15 minutes of play.
