Thomas L. Pavlak, 87, of Palos Heights and formerly of Las Vegas, passed away. Survived by brothers Henry H. Jr., and Robert Pavlak, nieces and nephews Robert Karr, Susan Witzig, Sharon Milazzo, James Pavlak, and late Linda Barcelona, and many great nieces and nephews. Son of late Henry J. Sr. and Sophie Pavlak. Visitation on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m., Chapel Service at 11:00 a.m. at Curley Funeral Home, Chicago Ridge, IL. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
