A. Consideration of a Resolution pursuant to Chapter 121 of the Illinois Revised Statutes requires that any person, firm or corporation desiring to do work on State Maintained rights of way must first obtain a written permit from the Illinois Department of Transportation. This includes any emergency work on broken water mains or sewers. Years 2026 and 2027

B. Direct the Village Attorney to prepare an Ordinance upon the request of Omar Kuanysh, QAZTRUCKING, LLC/ dba TRUCK CHAMPIONS for a Special Use to permit a Commercial Truck Repair and provided diesel engine diagnostics and repair, brake and suspension services, transmission and drivetrain repair, oil and fluid services and preventative maintenance truck repair shop. They will follow all Illinois EPA regulations, Cook County Environmental Regulations, along with all Waste handling procedures and Village of Crestwood ordinances. There is to be no bodywork or painting on the premises and all vehicles are to be stored in a designated area or inside the building. The outside of the building and surrounding area need to be clean and maintained on the premises of 14004-06 South Kildare Ave., Crestwood, Illinois 60418.

C. Consideration of a Resolution of the Village of Crestwood in support of Municipal Housing Authority.
