A. Consideration of an Ordinance adopting a Plat of Vacation of part of 142nd Street.
B. Direct the Village Attorney to prepare an Ordinance upon the request of Stefan Radosavlievic, Stelle Corp. for a Special Use to permit a freight transportation business doing light truck maintenance (oil changes and tire repairs) on-site. All vehicles will be stored in the designated area or in building and will follow all EPА guidelines in the disposal of oil, antifreeze waste and tires, as well as, the Village of Crestwood regulations and guidelines. The outside of the building and surrounding area need to be clean and maintained on the premises of 4707 West 138th Street, Crestwood, Illinois 60418.
C. Direct the Village Attorney to prepare an Ordinance upon the request of Wesley Crampon (President) of Medspeed, for a special use to permit a medical logistics facility for same-day and next-day transportation of medical supplies pharmacies, lab specimens, etc. between medical facilities with parking limited to spaces stated in lease and a designated loading zone. They will also follow all State of Illinois and Village of Crestwood codes on the premises of 4735 West 135th Street, Crestwood, Illinois 60418
D. An Ordinance granting a Special Use permit for an automotive body repair shop with wholesale resale of vehicles at 4806 West 135th Street (formerly 13450 S. Cicero Ave.), Crestwood, Illinois.
E. An Ordinance granting a Special Use permit for a Truck repair shop with warehousing at 4606 W. 138th Street, Crestwood, Illinois
F. An Ordinance establishing rules and regulations for block parties in the Village of Crestwood adding to Title IX: General Regulations, Chapter 102 to the Village Code of Crestwood.
