VILLAGE OF TINLEY PARK: EEC seeks volunteers

VILLAGE OF TINLEY PARK: EEC seeks volunteers
0Comments

Village of Tinley Park issued the following announcement on July 24.

The Village is seeking additional volunteers to serve on the Environmental Enhancement Commission (EEC), which meets at 7 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month in the Kallsen Center at Village Hall.

Commissioners play an important role in their efforts to maintain and ensure a healthful environment for all residents, as well as for future generations. The EEC formulates, prepares and recommends to the Village Board a comprehensive plan and programs that will protect the right of each resident to a healthful environment.

Volunteering for a commission is a great way to get involved and make a positive impact on the community. If you’re interested in serving, please submit a resume and a statement of interest to Hannah Lipman at hlipman@tinleypark.org.
