Citizens for a Healthy Safe and Secure Middle School owes $454 in fines

The campaign committee Citizens for a Healthy Safe and Secure Middle School owes a $50 fine imposed on Jan. 6, 2014, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $404.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 38 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $128,119 in pending fines.
