Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Trenz Beauty Academy

Tuition and fees was unchanged for 2017-18 at Trenz Beauty Academy, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

Illinois students paid $15,490 to attend the private for-profit school in both the 2016-17 and 2017-18 academic years.

Data shows 80 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 12 students received grants or scholarships totaling $46,851 and 12 students took out student loans totaling more than $74,621.

Including all undergraduates, 47 students used grants or scholarships totaling $189,470. Another 47 took out $299,012 in federal student loans.
