APPROVAL/CORRECTION OF MINUTES OF THE REGULAR BOARD MEETING: July 10, 2018

Visitors are always welcome to all public meetings of the President and Board of Trustee of the Village of Burnham. Interested parties wishing to speak should identify their intent to speak, they then may give their name and then make their comment. Person may also provide their address privately to the Village Clerk, if they so choose, person are advised that addresses are considered private information under the Freedom of Information Act and thus are exempt from disclosure pursuant to any Freedom of Information request. However, in order to give proper consideration to all items on the agenda, the President has the authority to limit participants in debates and will close repetitive or abusive remarks.

PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDINGS: ORDINANCE, RESOLUTION AND PLANNING:

1. Discussion of, consideration of, and taking action (approve or not approve) the ORDINANCE NO. 2018–O–009 SALE OF 14512 TORRENCE AVENUE AN ORDIANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 14512 TORRENCE AVENUE, BURNHAM, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS

Discussion of, consideration of, and taking action (approve or not approve) the RESOLUTION NO. 2018-R-008 A RESOLUTION DECLARING A CERTAIN REAL ESTATE PARCEL SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SAID REAL ESTATE COMMONLY KNOWN AS 14512 SOUTH TORRENCE AVENUE, BURNHAM, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS. 3. Discussion of, consideration of, and taking action (approve or not approve) the RESOLUTION NO. 2018-R-009 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT TO SIGN AS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF NAUTRAL RESOURCES

4. Discussion of, consideration of, and taking action (approve or not approve) the lowest bidder for the project of CDBG #1707-005 Saginaw Avenue Sewer Lining, bids were reviewed at the September 20, 2018 advertised bid opening for the Saginaw Sewer Lining. All of the bids were correct and in order. The bids are as follows: Visu-Sewer of Illinois, LLC $69,100.00; National Power Rodding Corp. $125,450.00. The engineers estimate is $89,035.00.

FINANCE:

1. Discussion of, consideration of, and taking action (approve or not approve) the payment of this month’s bills when funds become available.
