1. ZC #18-008 Twin Lakes Plaza – Minor Plat of Subdivision: Public Meeting – The applicant requests review and recommendation of approval of a minor subdivision to resubdivide seven lots into two lots at 16250 Cicero Avenue in the C3 – Central Business District. This request was originally noticed for October 3, 2018 and has been continued to this date.
2. DR #18-003 5201-09 W. 159th Street, Heidner Properties – Level 3 Design Review Permit: Public Meeting – The applicant requests review and recommendation of approval of a Level 3 Design Review Permit at 5201-09 W. 159th Street in the C1 - Local Commercial District in accordance with Sections 9-401, 9-402, and 11-505 of the Zoning Ordinance for modifications to the existing building elevations.
3. Reed vs. Town of Gilbert, AZ (Scotus, June 2015): Training – Staff presents an overview of the subject United States Supreme Court ruling as it applies to the city’s sign regulations. Staff also presents required forthcoming changes to the city’s sign regulations to comply with said ruling.
