State Senate race: Republican Curran wins voter tally in Lemont Township Precinct 8

John Curran led Democrat Bridget M. Fitzgerald in votes cast in Lemont Township Precinct 8 for the District 41 state Senate race, according to the latest vote count.

Curran appeared to outpace Fitzgerald by a margin of 5.6 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
