Village of Lansing issued the following announcement on Dec. 4.
On December 5th and 6th, the premiere of the independent film "When Jeff Tried To Save The World" will take place at the Music Box Theater in Chicago. The film, primarily shot here at Lan-Oak Lanes in Lansing, stars Jon Heder from the movie "Napoleon Dynamite" and Jim O'Heir from the TV series "Parks and Recreation."
