Motion to adopt an ordinance amending the City’s Code, Chapter 39, Purchasing, by referencing the Illinois Department of Transportation’s (IDOT) Chapter 5, Agreements, of the Bureau of Local Roads and Street Manual for compliance with federally funded municipal projects.
