11. Motion to approve payment to Lindahl Brothers Inc. in the amount of $8,120.54 for work completed on the 2018 Roads Program. (Retainage is being held in the amount of $24,679.77)

12. Motion to approve payment to Lindahl Brothers Inc. in the amount of $96,474.12 for work completed on the 2018 Supplemental Roads Program. (Retainage is being held in the amount of $10,719.35)

13. Motion to adopt a Resolution Authorizing Local Appropriations in the amount of $49,992.15 for Phase I Engineering and Environmental Studies for the Commuter Parking Lot at Lake Katherine.

License, Permits & Franchises: Chairperson Alderman McGrogan

14. Motion to approve a request from the Palos Baseball Organization for a Temporary Sign Permit to display signs at various locations announcing PBO’s 2019 registration dates. Signs will be removed February 10, 2019.

Water and Sewer: Chairperson Alderman Bylut

15. Motion to adopt an ordinance amending the City’s Code, Chapter 39, Purchasing, by referencing the Illinois Department of Transportation’s (IDOT) Chapter 5, Agreements, of the Bureau of Local Roads and Street Manual for compliance with federally funded municipal projects. (This 77 page document will be on file in the Clerk’s Office)
