Report: Lemont Bromberek Combined spent $11,245 per student in 2017-18

Spending per pupil at Lemont Bromberek Combined School District 113A is up 17.4 percent from five years ago, according to a South Cook News analysis of district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2017-18 report card shows the Cook County school district spent $9,581 per pupil in 2013-14. It spent $11,245 in 2017-18.

The district saw its enrollment fall over the same period, from 2266 to 2166.

Lemont Bromberek Combined's spending in 2017-18 was 15.7 percent lower than the state average of $13,337.
