c. A Resolution Extending the Moratorium on Rental Property Licensing Authorized by Resolution No. 24-R-733.

d. A Resolution Adopting a Policy on the Sale of City Owned Single Family Residential Property to City Employees.

e. Approval of a bid from SKC Construction in the amount of $38,700 for the 2025 MFT Crack Sealing Program – Citywide.

f. Approval of a bid from McGill Construction in the amount of $235,205 for the 2025 MFT Hot-Mix Asphalt Patching Program – Citywide.
