How did Charles Tokar spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Non partisan Charles Tokar's election campaign committee, Citizens for Chuck Tokar, spent $3,939 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Tokar's committee spent the most on printing in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,460) going to Yes! Press in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Tokar's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
