How did Ramonde Williams spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Ramonde Williams's election campaign committee, Citizens for Ramonde Williams, spent $2,303 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Williams's committee spent the most on purchase of turkey's to donate at senior event in the quarter, with all those payments ($478) going to Sam's Club in Calumet City. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Williams's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
