How did Al Riley spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Al Riley's election campaign committee, Citizens for Al Riley, spent $10,449 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Riley's committee spent the most on birthday event in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,965) going to Bocce's Sports Bar in Matteson. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Riley's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
