How did Napoleon Harris spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Napoleon Harris's election campaign committee, Friends of Napoleon Harris, spent $7,534 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Harris's committee spent the most on campaign staff in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,500) going to James Jones in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Harris's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
