How did Charles Tokar spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Non partisan Charles Tokar's election campaign committee, Citizens for Chuck Tokar, spent $5,676 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Tokar's committee spent the most on printing, postage, consulting in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,805) going to Win Marketing in Addison. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Tokar's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
