How did Lawrence Jackson spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Independent Lawrence Jackson's election campaign committee, Citizens for Lawrence Jackson, spent $12,313 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Jackson's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,000) going to Danny Donaldson in South Holland. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Jackson's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
