How did Abdelnasser Rashid spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Democratic Abdelnasser Rashid's election campaign committee, Friends for Rashid, spent $9,897 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Rashid's committee spent the most on payroll in the quarter, with all those payments ($6,600) going to Ahlam Jbara in Oak Lawn. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Rashid's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
