How did Charles Tokar spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Non partisan Charles Tokar's election campaign committee, Citizens for Chuck Tokar, spent $6,441 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Tokar's committee spent the most on fund raising (food) in the quarter, with 93.2% of this total ($3,770) going to 115 Bourbon Street in Merrionette Park. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Tokar's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
