230 United owes $150 in fines

The campaign committee 230 United owes a $50 fine imposed on Sept. 11, 2013, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $100 with Rick Nogal listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 54 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $259,034.50 in pending fines.
