Unpaid fines for Glenwood-based campaign committees totaled $23,275 in August 2018

Campaign committees in Glenwood collectively owe a total of $23,275 in fines, according to records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed review of individual fines revealed that two committees in Glenwood were delinquent in payment for August 2018.

The Glenwood-based committee with the largest total in unpaid fines was Support for Adam Winston, which owes a total of $11,925.

The largest fine that Support for Adam Winston has yet to pay was imposed on Dec. 22, 2017, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $4,750.
