How did Charles Tokar spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Non partisan Charles Tokar's election campaign committee, Citizens for Chuck Tokar, spent $6,469 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Tokar's committee spent the most on senior citizens christmas luncheon-food in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,189) going to Glendora, Inc. in Chicago Ridge. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Tokar's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
