How did Lawrence Jackson spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Independent Lawrence Jackson's election campaign committee, Citizens for Lawrence Jackson, spent $7,659 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Jackson's committee spent the most on campaign work in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,000) going to Kenneth Marshall in Markham. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Jackson's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
