Lemont (Cook County) home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Lemont in Cook County rose by $8,750 while total sales remained unchanged with 16 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,500 - a 2.6% increase over the $333,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Lemont in April 2016, as well.
