Palos Park home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Palos Park fell by $102,000 while total sales increased by 160%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,000 - a 25.5% decrease over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Palos Park in April 2016.
